Stitchback Gear's CAD drafted sewing patterns can give you a jump-start on your next myog project. Build the pattern as is, or use it as a launching point and customize it to fit your needs. This listing is for a digital download of a PDF file that includes a full size pattern and instructions. The pattern is formatted to be printed on 8.5x11" paper.

The Stitchback Basic Duffel or BD1 is a classic duffel bag with an easy to make design. A single 34 liter compartment is accessed by a top zipper. The rectangular shape makes for efficient packing. Side grab handles double as attachment points for an optional shoulder strap.

Make it out of heavy duty materials such as 1000d Cordura, as shown in the photos, for a pack that will last for years to come. Or build it with light weight materials such as 210d gridstop for a pack well suited to peak bagging or other fast and light excursions. With a volume of approximately 24 liters, it is perfect for long day trips.
