• Costs are determined by timing, distance and weight via Canada Post or UPS

Local Pick-up

• We do offer free local pick-up in Ottawa, ON
  
• Orders are generally ready to pick-up within 2-4 days

• Canada: 3-7 business days (Determined by Carrier and method of shipment)
• Outside Canada: 6-10 business days  (Determined by Carrier and method of shipment)

Free Shipping Promotions

• During free shipping promotions, the order value to be eligible may fluctuate depending on the promotion
• Special shipping requests such as shipped via roll do not qualify for for free shipping promotions

-Special shipping requests, such as shipping fabric rolled, are subject to extra fees (Difference in cost to ship). 

Liability of Shipment

If you choose to ship your order via an untracked method, this includes Postage option, ReFasten Inc. is released of liability for any lost packages. Unfortunately with this method we are unable to find lost packages and as a small business, cannot afford claims of this nature. But we want our customers to have the option for cheaper methods!
