By submitting your design files and other materials for our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your proprietary information. When you use our contract cutting services, you may need to share proprietary design files or other confidential information with us. We understand the importance of this information and undertake the following commitments:

a. Confidentiality: We will not disclose, share, or distribute your proprietary files or any other confidential information you share with us to any third party, unless required by law.

4. Warranty and Liability We warrant that our services will be provided using reasonable care and skill. However, given the nature of contract cutting and the reliance on your proprietary files, and sometimes customer provided materials, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services. 

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
