A slotted tensionlock that slips straight onto a sewn webbing loop, no threading and no unpicking. That open slot is the whole idea: you can add an adjustment point to a strap that's already stitched down, or clip a pocket onto existing loops without taking anything apart. It's the piece you want in a repair kit when a buckle fails a day into a trip.

Moulded from acetal and made in the USA, so it's light, tough, and shrugs off years of use without cracking or corroding in the cold.
