UltraTX95 is a lightweight three layer composite built for small bags, pouches, and accessories where weight matters more than abrasion. It sits a step up from TX50 in face denier, so you get more surface toughness and stitch holding without moving into pack bottom territory.
The face is a 95d triple ripstop high tenacity polyester. Behind it sits a 45 degree Ultra CrossPly yarn that gives the panel bias stability and a big jump in tear strength, laminated to a 0.25 mil PET film. The film is what makes the fabric waterproof, and it is seam tapeable with UltraTNT PSA Tape if you want a genuinely dry build. The fabric does not fray, so raw edges are fine.
Best used for stuff sacks, pack liners, zip pouches, and organizers. It is thin, so add a reinforcement layer anywhere a seam carries real load: shoulder strap anchors, haul loops, bar tack points. Film side faces in. It is the waterproof layer, not the wear layer. Skip pins inside the panel, since every pin hole is a permanent hole in the film, and use clips or double sided basting tape instead. Store it rolled rather than folded.
