The smallest coil we stock and the most forgiving to sew. At 3 mm the chain will follow a curve that would fight a larger size, which makes it the right pick for rounded pocket openings, curved pouch lids, and anywhere the zip line is not straight. It is also the lightest option by a wide margin, which matters if you are building ultralight.
Full 200 metre roll of continuous chain. Cut to whatever length you need, sliders sold separately. Because this is chain rather than a finished zipper, you decide the orientation at assembly: install it coil out with a standard slider, or coil in with a reverse coil slider for a cleaner face and better weather shedding. Best for internal pockets, pouches, pencil cases, organizers, hydration sleeves, and apparel. If it needs to carry load or be pulled hard, step up to the #5.
