An ultralight three-layer composite at 2.4oz per square yard, built for small bags and accessories where every gram counts. A fine 50d triple ripstop high-tenacity polyester face, a 45° Ultra CrossPly for bias stability and tear strength, and a 0.25 mil PET film that makes it fully waterproof at 200+ psi once the seams are taped with UltraTNT PSA tape.
Best for stuff sacks, pouches, pack liners, and small accessories. It is thin, so add a reinforcement layer at shoulder straps, haul loops, and anywhere a seam carries real load. Abrasion resistance is the tradeoff at 500 cycles, so this isn't a pack bottom fabric. The all-white face is also a good base for dye-sublimation printing if you want custom graphics.
