The lightest recycled pack cloth we stock, and the one to reach for when you want colour without weight. At 2.95 oz per yard it's light enough for liners, stuff sacks, and pocket bags, but it's a proper coated pack cloth rather than a lining fabric, so it holds up to being packed, unpacked, and dragged through a season.
Single-ply woven recycled polyester, finished with a C0 DWR on the face and a water-resistant PU coating on the back. The DWR sheds rain and the coating stops it soaking through, so a pack liner made from this keeps a sleeping bag dry without adding a laminate's weight or crinkle. Every yard saves roughly a pound of carbon emissions against a conventional nylon or polyester bag fabric.
Good for pack liners, bike bag interiors, stuff sacks, pocket bags, kit organisers, and hi-vis panels where a bright colour earns its place. The Bright Orange and Lemon Lime make finding gear in a dim pack a lot easier. At 200d the weave is fine, so bind or fold over any edge that will see wear, particularly around pocket openings.
Five colours, with samples available if you'd rather see one in person first. Sold by the half yard and cut continuously, so a two half-yard order arrives as one uninterrupted piece. Shipped folded, across Canada and worldwide.
Pair it with webbing, hardware, zippers, and bonded nylon thread, or see the rest of our water-resistant fabric.
