Poly Plus 40 | Tex 45 | 6000M Cone

This is a medium-weight (Tex 45) spun polyester thread made in Canada, the workhorse general-purpose thread most sewers reach for, rescued as deadstock rather than left to sit idle. It sews like cotton but brings the strength, colorfastness, and economy of a synthetic. If you make bags, repair gear, sew apparel, or run a small production line, this is the kind of no-drama thread that just works on almost any machine.

Spun polyester has a soft, low-sheen, cotton-like surface, so seams sit flat and the thread feeds smoothly without the slickness of a bonded filament.
