AquaGuard Zipper (Open End)

The YKK AquaGuard is the zipper to reach for when you want to keep weather out of a jacket or coat. A laminate over the coil teeth resists water from the outside, so rain beads up and runs off rather than seeping through the zipper line. It's water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, which makes it a great fit for raincoats, shells, and everyday outerwear that sees wet weather but doesn't need a sealed, submersible closure.

This is the open-end (separating) version, so it comes fully apart at the bottom, exactly what a jacket front needs. It's a #5 coil zipper in black, 31.5 inches long, and it can be cut down to a shorter length if your project calls for it.
