A webbing keeper is the small part that tidies up the loose end of a strap. After you cinch an adjuster and have a tail of webbing flapping around, the keeper slides on and holds it neatly against the strap, so nothing dangles, snags, or flaps in the wind. It's a little thing that makes a finished piece of gear look and feel properly done.
Slim and low-profile, it slips onto the webbing and stays put without adding bulk.
