A ladder lock is a simple, strong way to adjust the length of a strap and have it stay put. Feed webbing through in the ladder pattern and the bar grips it, so the strap holds firm under load but still loosens with a quick pull when you want to change it. No moving parts to break, just a clean, reliable hold.
This is the heavy-duty version, built for straps that take real tension: pack compression straps, lash points, tie-downs, guy lines, and load-bearing webbing on bigger gear. Moulded from acetal, it shrugs off weather and hard use, and it works for both new builds and repairs.
