All the way from the west coast we are introducing a Lumby, B.C brand by Mugsy and Jo. The duo started out as a MYOG project trying to craft the best custom fit, ultralight and durable backcountry gear. Hunting in the province of B.C is no joke, from weather conditions to the rugged terrain you need the best quality gear possible to withstand the elements. After some time developing top notch gear M.J Outdoors was formed to offer their expertise to others.

It’s well known that you should do research into your newest purchase and with that you should seek credibility. It’s safe to say that M.J Outdoors shows up on your front step with credibility. 

A decade of owning an outfitting company, a head guide in the backcountry and a lifetime of hunting knowledge will really make you understand how top notch outdoor gear should operate. 

“I gained a lot of knowledge while guiding and learned to bring gear that was gonna straight up work in the field. That is also what got me into building my own gear… I was always searching for items that I could not find in the stores so I decided to just start building my own gear. I strive for durability for all of my gear and that is what we bring to the table. We take the time to design and use high quality materials in our products to make sure you have the best experience out there”.

To tie the knot… research and development of new designs doesn’t stop at the walking foot pedal. M.J Outdoors is proud to say that a majority of their materials used are recycled or have this component to them and are tested true and through. Whether they are on a high alpine mule deer or goat hunt… or in the lower territory scouting moose, elk and deer the designs have proven lightweight, durability and strength out in the real world.
